The Bosch Smartphone Grip turns your phone into the display for your Bosch Smart System e-bike, mounting it front and centre on the handlebar where you can read speed, battery level, and turn-by-turn navigation at a glance. Open the Bosch eBike Flow app and the grip does double duty as a ride computer and a charger, topping up your phone wirelessly or over a cable while you ride so a longer commute or weekend route never has to mean a dead battery by the time you arrive.

Fits Bosch Smart System E-Bikes
The Bosch Smartphone Grip is built for Bosch Smart System e-bikes from model year 2022 onward, and it accepts phones between 123-175 mm long, 67-88 mm wide, and 6.8-13 mm thick. It is not designed to work with flip-style cases or bulky covers, so a slim case or bare phone gives the most secure fit.
Do You Need the Kiox 300 Mount Kit?
The Smartphone Grip clips onto the same handlebar mount as the Bosch Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 displays, so if your e-bike already came with one of those color displays installed, you can swap it for the Smartphone Grip in seconds using the hardware that's already on your bars. If your e-bike shipped with only the LED Remote or Purion 200 and has never had a Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 display fitted, you'll also need the Bosch Kiox 300 Mount Kit. That kit supplies the 1-arm handlebar bracket and the display cable that connect the mount to your Smart System's power and data line, which is what gives the Smartphone Grip both a secure home on your bars and the electrical connection it needs to recharge your phone as you ride.
Once it's installed, switching between a dedicated Kiox display and your own phone takes seconds, since both use the exact same mounting interface, letting you run whichever setup suits the ride.

The Bosch smartphone grip itself is an awesome product — solid build, works exactly as expected, and I’m happy with the item.
Unfortunately, the experience with Scooteretti’s customer service was disappointing.
After purchasing the smartphone grip, I received an email from one of their sales reps saying I would also need the Bosch Kiox 300 display for it to work. Based on that advice, I ordered it. Later, I found out my dad’s bike didn’t need the Kiox 300 at all.
When I contacted Scooteretti to return it, they made me pay for return shipping, which cost me $23, even though the extra purchase was based on their recommendation.
If you’re unsure, it’s probably better not to tell customers “you need this” unless you’re confident. That advice directly caused an unnecessary purchase and extra cost.
Great product — but the customer service and accountability could definitely be better.

We’re sorry for the confusion this caused. Our follow-up email the day after your order was simply to confirm whether your bike already had a Kiox mount installed. If it did, the SmartphoneGrip would work as expected with no additional parts. If it did not, a compatible mount would be required. We regret that this distinction was not communicated clearly enough in your case.
