Had an incredible experience at Scooteretti. Staff were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes they carry (and super patient as I tested many of them). All the bikes have high quality Bosch systems.
My electric bike is the next best thing to sliced bread. Instead of decreasing exercise, it makes me ride a lot more than I would with my Bertrand. The riding is smooth, even without engaging the Bosch motor, and I rarely have to use more than the second of four settings. Two weeks ago I did 118 km - "no sweat"!

I really love my new Gazelle T9! It is simply perfect for exploring the Ottawa area. The staff at Scooteretti have all been very helpful. They were more than patient as it took me some time and a couple visits before deciding on the T9.
Today I had a small problem when I was out riding, and since I was near the store I stopped in. My broken bell was replaced with a better model and I was on my way in two minutes. Great service!

While Ive only had the bike for a matter of weeks Ive had great fun riding around my neighborhood. It took the strain off of my knees and yet got the blood and breathing working. My average cruising is ~21Km/hr, not bad for country roads with hills and contrary winds.
