Orbea Wild TR Size Guide & Geometry Chart

The Wild TR H20 and Wild TR H10 share the same frame and geometry, so one size chart and one geometry chart cover both models.

Frame size by rider height

Orbea Wild TR frame size by rider height
Frame size Rider height Metres
SSmall 150 to 175 cm 1.50 to 1.75 m
MMedium 160 to 185 cm 1.60 to 1.85 m
LLarge 170 to 195 cm 1.70 to 1.95 m
XLX-Large 180 to 205 cm 1.80 to 2.05 m

Height ranges are approximate and overlap between sizes. Thanks to the Wild TR's low standover, you can choose by reach: the smaller size for a more playful ride on tight trails, the larger size for more stability at speed.

Ride Further on the Orbea Wild TR

Ideal For:

The Orbea Wild TR is ideal for trail riders who want to climb more, descend harder and fit more laps into every ride. Think steep, rooty singletrack in Gatineau Park or the Laurentians, flowy berms at Bromont or Hardwood Hills, big alpine days in the Rockies and Kananaskis, or the technical North Shore and Squamish. Its 150 mm of travel, slack 64.5° head angle and 29" wheels give you the confidence of an enduro bike, while the Bosch CX's up to 120 Nm and a 750 Wh battery turn a two-hour ride into a full day, without a shuttle. It's also a great first full-suspension e-MTB for experienced riders moving over from an acoustic bike, because the Bosch assist feels natural and the geometry is predictable.

Choosing between the two models comes down to how hard you ride. Pick the Wild TR H20 if you want a proven, fully capable trail e-MTB that's ready to go from stock, with room to add upgrades later. Pick the Wild TR H10 if steep, rocky terrain is a regular part of your week and you want the FOX 36 fork, stronger four-piston MT620 brakes, Race Face wheels and grippier MaxxTerra tires from day one. If you value a lighter, more playful bike over maximum range, either model can be ordered with the 600 Wh battery.

Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 mid-drive motor on the Orbea Wild TR alloy frame

Bosch Performance Line CX

The Bosch Performance Line CX is the benchmark e-MTB motor, and the Gen 5 on the Wild TR delivers up to 120 Nm of torque, 750 W of peak power and up to 600% pedal assist. Upgraded sensors read your pedalling faster and more accurately, so assist builds smoothly on loose climbs and restarts on steep pitches, and eMTB mode adjusts support automatically to how hard you push. Pedal assist runs up to 32 km/h, the Canadian limit.

Bosch's eBike Flow app lets you set maximum assistance, fine-tune each riding mode and connect your rides to apps like Strava. Clever features include Hill Start for starting off on steep climbs, Free Shift for changing gear without pedalling, and eBike Lock, which uses your phone as a digital key for the motor. Bosch's network of certified service centres across Canada means expert support wherever you ride.

Bosch System Controller

The Bosch System Controller is built into the Wild TR's top tube, where it's protected in a crash and out of the way on the trail. Its coloured LEDs show battery level and riding mode at a glance, and the compact Bosch Mini Remote on the handlebar lets you change modes and use walk assist without moving your hand from the grip.

For more ride data, add the optional Bosch Kiox 300, a compact colour display that shows speed, distance, battery and more, and is protected against water and dust. You can also pair your phone with the Flow app to see live ride information.

Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh Lithium Battery

Both Wild TR models come standard with Bosch's 750 Wh PowerTube, averaging about 140 km per charge. Orbea's Secure Battery System places it low and central in the down tube for a lower centre of gravity and better handling, and the battery is removable so you can charge it indoors or carry a spare. For a lighter, more playful bike at a lower price, choose the 600 Wh PowerTube, which is 1.3 kg lighter and averages about 120 km.

For the biggest days, add Bosch's PowerMore 250 Wh Range Extender. It weighs 1.5 kg, mounts on the water bottle mounts (replacing the bottle while it's in use), and raises the 750 Wh setup to 1,000 Wh and about 175 km. The complete Bosch system, batteries and charger included, is certified to UL 2849, the North American safety standard for e-bikes.
